On July 4th, at Copenhagen Jazz Festival, I’ll be celebrating the music of ECM.
We - a quintet of guitar players Samuel Hälqvist and Rasmus Oppenhagen Krogh, bassist Joel Illerhag and drummer Stefan Pasborg - will be offering our take on a number of those compositions released on German label ECM, that had such a huge influence on the development of the unique Scandinavian sound of jazz. 
We'll be playing music by Jan Gabarek, Tomasz Stanko, Keith Jarrett, Kenny Wheeler, Carla Bley, Annette Peacock and others, in our own particular way.
